The Beech Mountain Parks & Recreation Department invites the community to come together and serve as a link between running, outdoor recreation, and the surrounding communities of the High Country. To promote unity through the community effort, the Beech Mountain Recreation Department does not offer exclusive sponsorships and all businesses, service providers, families, and individuals are encouraged to sponsor.

Sponsoring the ClimbMAX 10K & 5K Races or the ClimbMAX Race Series (including the 10K & 5K in June, an assent called "Beat the Beech" in September, and a 5K Mud Run called the "GRUEL" in April of 2014) will give sponsors an excellent opportunity to support the local community and capitalize on local and regional marketing efforts that are sure to affect your organization's bottom line in a positive manner. You will receive many months of exposure through targeted e-marketing, radio, print advertising, direct mail, web site visibility, packet promos and lit kits, community based PR, day-of advertising and product promotion, and extensive networking opportunities throughout the course of the race event.

The ClimbMAX 10K & 5K race event is expected to draw more than 600 attendees from across the region with double the exposure from family, friends, and race spectators. This is an opportunity to showcase your support for running, parks & recreation, outdoor sports, Beech Mountain and the greater High Country.
